Avamed Synergy
Avamed Synergy, founded in 2012 and currently located in Distrito Digital (Alicante), is the first Spanish company with the vision of revolutionizing the personalized monitoring and treatment of cancer through medical imaging, focused on driving excellence in diagnostic and surgical efficiency with the highest accuracy.
Certified with the Innovative PYME certification since 2020, because of its determined commitment to I+D+i, is developing an AI capable of defining a tumour-host interface model that proposes a reliable tumour mass evolution pattern.
By building on a partnership model and adding to the experience in the sector, Avamed Synergy is present in the main reference hospitals in the country offering the best surgical planning technology. Since 2017, it has been collaborating in the planning of surgery for trauma, maxillofacial neurosurgery and high complexity oncological surgery providing valuable information useful to the surgeon and the team.
Key milestones for the company include the completion of Fluxus’ 2019 Proof of Concept (POC) phase, the development of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP), and successful collaborations with leading Spanish referral hospitals. These steps have marked significant advances in the transformation of diagnostics for complex medical scenarios, with a corporate culture driven by dedication to precision personalized medicine. Its workflow is identified with the permanent commitment to scientific transfer and technological innovation in the health sector.
Among its outstanding collaborations, Avamed Synergy maintains several collaboration agreements and ongoing clinical research projects with the bio sanity research institutions IMIB (Murcia), IBIMA (Malaga), SACYL Innova (Valladolid), ISABIAL (Alicante) and INCLIVA (Valencia).
